Pure Poultry: Living well with heritage chickens, turkeys and ducks is a memoir of the first few years my husband David and I spent living at our off-grid farm, raising heritage poultry. It is written entirely from our own experiences, starting from when we were raw beginners. It includes an 8-page colour section; all photographs were taken by me on our farm.
